The Witham Valley Care Group is a recently established organisation which provides 24 hour care and support to adults who have severe learning difficulties, challenging behaviour and autism.

Our aim is to provide service users with a safe environment where they can be encouraged to develop their independence skills, achieve their own goals and integrate within the local and wider community.

Staff employed by the Witham Valley Care Group are specially selected for their caring and supportive attitude towards the needs of our service users.  We provide extensive staff training and supervision to ensure that our staff team remains consistant, motivated and enthusiastic.

The first home to open within this newly established group will be Village Farm, located within the village of Norton Disney, Lincoln.  Village Farm is an extensive five bedded property with all of the facilities expected of a large family home.  'Village Farm is now registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection as a residential care home for adults aged 18+ who have a learning disability. Therefore, we are now able to accept referrals for placements within the home.

Witham Valley Care Group is currently in the process of registering a Domiciliary Care Agency. Our agency will be able to offer clients the same high standards and quality of care that is consistent throughout our organisation, in the comfort and security of their own home.
