Village Farm is a residential care home for young adults with severe learning difficulties and challenging behaviour. Its principal aim is to provide a home in the community in which they can be assisted to reach their full potential and to live as rich and rewarding a life as possible.

Places are available for up to five young adults of mixed sex. There are two bedrooms upstairs and three downstairs all of which have their own en-suite bath or shower rooms. Also on the ground floor are the kitchen/dining room, living room and office. An internal courtyard can be accessed via the back doors. The laundry and a further office are accessed externally.

The house is a traditionally built brick building with all the facilities necessary for independent living. All areas of the house are centrally heated and double glazed. In front of the house lies a driveway and paddock. At the side of the house is a mature garden with open views across the neighbouring farmland.
